Consulting Skills for the Business Analyst lays the foundation for building IT applications for business. The focus is on people skills (communication, listening, gathering and assessing information)
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering is intended to develop skills in taking information and converting it into an application design.
The Critical Skills for the IT Business Analyst course is actually a combination of the two courses above. Due to some overlap of content, the course covers all the material in both courses in just four days.
Note: The first two courses may be taken independently of each other; if you plan to take both courses it is better to simply take the third course.
