
DB2 Native SQL Stored Procedures - Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course, the student, with the aid of the
appropriate reference materials, should be able to:
- Understand the syntax of the SQL procedure language
- Design and code native SQL stored procedures
- Understand the options of the CREATE PROCEDURE, ALTER PROCEDURE,
and DROP PROCEDURE statements for native SQL stored procedures
- Use conditions, handlers, and compound statements in native
SQL stored procedures
- Use versioning in the creation and maintenance of native SQL
stored procedures
- Understand and use the commands associated with maintaining
native SQL stored procedures.
