SQL Coding Workshop - Objectives

On successful completion of this course, the student, with the aid of the appropriate reference materials, should be able to:

1. Define the basic constructs and concepts of relational databases
   
2. Describe the fundamental data objects of DB2
   
3. Code SQL statements to access and update DB2 tables
   
4. Execute SQL statements using SPUFI under DB2I
   
5. Examine the DB2 System Catalog tables associated with tables.
