Materials purchase - details

When you purchase materials from The Trainer's Friend, Inc., you receive the following:

1. Unlimited teaching to your employees, forever

(training companies note: you can purchase our materials, also, but for a higher price; this gives you rights to teach a class an unlimited number of times, forever, to your customers and your employees)

2. One set of student materials print masters (in PDF format)

3. One instructor set, in PDF format

        * Lecture version, often including supplements such as simple animations

        * Class set-up instructions

        * Instructor notes, which generally include:

                + teaching points to clarify intent, where necessary

                + timing points for day breaks and lab durations

                + pointers to sample solutions

4. Instructor hotline support for a year

We will produce special / tailored versions of any of our courses for you, for a fee, and we can be contracted to build a course from scratch if you wish.

Note that you can teach the existing content any way you wish: as is; change order of topics; skip topics; supplement topics with separate handouts; and so on, for no additional charges.

If you wish to have maintenance kept up on your materials, there is a one-time surcharge and you must do two things for us:

1. Let us know each time you teach the course
   
2. Provide us with feedback to make any desired changes (whether any requested change is actually made is up to the course author)

If you have not let us know after any continuous one year long period, we will contact you to see if you wish to remain on the maintenance list.
