The student will learn the importance of interviewing end users of a system to drive out system requirements as the foundation of good business systems analysis.

Audience

Analysts, developers, managers, clients and other individuals involved in business analysis and systems design. This course is designed for the labs to be done with small teams. Minimum enrollment: 6; maximum enrollment: 12.

Prerequisites

None required, but some familiarity with business systems would be helpful.

This course is not available for licensing nor for RCT.
