Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering - Course Objectives

On successful completion of this class, the student should be able to:

1. Describe the process of gathering project requirements through
    end user interviews and analysis of the resulting information

2. Describe different personality types and discuss how to best
    modify interviewing techniques for different types

3. Interview, listen, and question effectively in pursuit of analyzing
    end user needs for new or modified requirements

4. Analyze interview results to develop a scope definition for a project

5. Model data entities needed to develop a project

6. Design a database structure to satisfy project needs

7. Prepare for post-design considerations to move forware on a project.
