We don't hire trainers or course authors as employees. Everyone we work with is self-employed.
If you are interested in working with us as a self-employed contractor, here are our current needs and qualifications:
Trainer qualifications
An inquiring, active approach to learning
A love of performing (teaching)
A sense of humor, and of humility
Technical background in the areas you will teach
Foreign language skills would be a bonus
NOTE: we are currently only looking for trainers who want to teach in the classroom or by distance learning (satellite hook up)

Pay
We call ourselves "The Trainer's Friend" because we believe in rewarding the trainers and course developers for quality work
Initially, we pay our instructors a daily rate plus expenses; the daily rate varies depending on background and experience, but is currently in the range of US$600 to US$1100 per class day
For course authors, we pay a royalty each time your course is taught. Again, it varies, but the range is US$80 to US$150 per course day.
