confidentiality and integrity of data, networks, and systems
- Operations - men and women who run the mainframe, 24 hours a day,
every day of the year; submitting jobs, solving operational issues,
distributing outputs, keeping the system humming
- Technical trainers - technical skills are so specialized that we
have our own people assigned to providing updates to experienced staff and
introductory training to new hires and transfers
- Clerical - like all departments, we have need for people to assist
with expediting our work, who don't need technical skills or training but
who can get the job done as asked and needed
- Management - men and women who make it possible for all of the
above to be effective in their jobs by giving direction, setting priorities,
and providing necessary support to get the job done
